Astigmatism is when your eyes or eye is not completely spherical in shape, basically your eye is more football shaped than soccer ball shaped, this causes the light entering your eye to distort, creating blurred or distorted vision.
If you have astigmatism you will need contacts specially designed to remain stable whilst blinking so that you experience clear, distortion free vision, manufacturers can do this by using one of three options
