You can check your dispatch and tracking updates anytime here:https://www.contactlensesplus.com/customer/login

  • Once logged in, go to Your Account → Click on Order → “Where is my Order”.
  • If your order has not been dispatched, it will show a status of 'Processing'
  • If your order has been dispatched, the status will show as 'Despatched - Order complete'
  • You will then see the Fedex tracking information which will tell you the status of your parcel.

Alternatively, you can check the email we sent you when your order was despatched and click on the Fedex Tracking link. Orders shipped to the USA typically arrive within 7–10 working days.

Your Order Status may also show 'Not yet dispatched` or `Back order`. This means your lenses are not in stock and have been ordered from the manufacturer, which takes a few more days for us to receive them and ship to you.

Please wait 7 -10 working days after the dispatch date for USA and Canada orders before contacting Customer Support about a missing order and we will do our best to locate it.
