Do you Provide Aftercare?
We absolutely provide aftercare! In fact, providing aftercare is a legal and ethical obligation for contact lens suppliers and we provide aftercare with every order at no extra cost to you. This includes written instructions on lens wear and care, access to online resources (insertion / removal guides, cleaning tips, etc) and even direct support from our in-house Optometrist.

We want to ensure you not only get the best prices on lenses, but also the guidance needed to wear them safely. Your eye health is our priority and we operate under General Optical Council and FDA guidelines to make sure that you’re looked after.
Are My Lenses in Stock?
Probably! We stock over 3 million contact lenses in our distribution centers and aim to despatch over 95% of orders on a same day basis. For more information click here.
Where`s My Order?
All orders are Express Shipped from our fulfilment center in the UK and delivered to the USA after dispatch.

Once logged in, go to Your Account → Click on Order → “Where is my Order”.

If your order has not been dispatched, it will show a status of 'Processing'

If your order has been dispatched, the status will show as 'Despatched - Order complete'

You will then see the Fedex tracking information which will tell you the status of your parcel. Alternatively, you can check the email we sent you when your order was despatched and click on the Fedex Tracking link.

Orders shipped to the USA typically arrive within 7–10 working days.

Returning Products
Prescription changed? Got LASIK? Feel free to return your contacts for any reason. We accept all unopened, unmarked, unexpired boxes.
Please note that customers will have to pay return postage charges and are advised to record and insure the package for their own security. Contact us any time to start a return.
