Christmas Day Shopping Advice

Reduced despatch and delivery over the Christmas and New Year holiday period

Due to the Christmas holidays, we cannot guarantee deliveries on Wednesday, 24th December.
There will be no despatch from Wednesday 24th December, through until Saturday 27th. Despatch and deliveries will recommence on Monday 29th December.

To make sure you receive your contact lenses before Christmas, the following dates may help.

First Class Post: Last Despatch date Friday 19th December

Next Day Deliveries before Christmas: Orders need to be placed by 3.30pm Monday 22nd December (to arrive on Tuesday 23rd December).


Our customer helplines will be closed on Wednesday 24th at 1pm and open again Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th at 10am until 4pm.
